I'm Stephany Day, your guide and mentor in the world of Fractional Executive Businesses.
Think of me as a modern-day Mr. Miyagi, Dumbledore, or Yoda—though perhaps not quite as old or green.
In 2020, I took the leap into the Fractional world by launching Duke Business Consulting, having already served as a Fractional COO for one set of owners with three companies since 2016. That’s nearly a decade of navigating the highs and lows of Fractional work!
